Xi Dai joined the Quantum Device Lab in September 2023 as a Postdoc. His research focuses on quantum optics with superconducting circuits. He obtained his Ph.D. in IQC, Waterloo, working with Adrian Lupascu and focusing on superconducting flux circuits for quantum annealing. Prior to moving to Canada, he obtained an MPhys degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
