Roland Siegbert is part of the Superconducting Circuits team of the ETH Zurich - PSI Quantum Computing Hub. He joined the Quantum Device Lab in November 2023 as a Software Engineer. Roland obtained his PhD degree from RWTH Aachen University working at the Chair for Computational Analysis of Technical Systems (CATS) with a focus on mathematical optimization and non-linear PDEs using highly parallel iterative solvers. Before and after this, he gained experience in tech leadership, software engineering and data scientist roles in the industry.
